Position Title                  Admin/HR Manager

Qualification                      MBA/MA/BA/B.Com

Experience & Abilities        
5 years of related professional experience, general knowledge of accounting procedures, familiarity of procurement procedures, understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent English communication and report writing abilities are required.   Retired Lt. Col. or equivalent rank (from logistics branch with security courses) could be preferred.  

Age                                 Maximum 50 years

Quota                              Strictly on merit

Salary                              As per qualification and experience (Sealing Rs. 40,000/month)

 

Job Description               Help formulating administrative & HR policies, manpower planning, recruitment activities, training programs, talent management, performance appraisals & counseling, monitors day to day admin activities and implementation of organization development interventions.

                                               Thoroughly develop system of payments (of invoices, salaries, utilities etc.) and of receivable payments (from daily cash reconciliations, periodic rentals, sponsorships etc.) in coordination with the accounts department.

Knowledge of documentation and inventory management (i.e. filing, storage and security of records etc.) is required.

This position is required to design and implement administrative systems and procedures as per requirements.   Team player and works with minimal supervision to carry out routine work.

Ensure security procedures are complied as per TOR’s.

Coordinates the activities of office, access requirements and arrange services, be highly motivated and possess excellent customer service capabilities.

 Assist with preparation, negotiating contracts, and supervises vendors and outside contractors and different Government departments.

Type memos, correspondences, reports, and take minutes of meeting.

Should be well versed (or be able to learn and comply) in statutory requirement as per applicable laws relating to ‘Human Resources’.

Perform other related duties as required and implement all tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
