Knowledge of documentation and inventory management (i.e. filing,
storage and security of records etc.) is required.
This position is required to design and implement administrative
systems and procedures as per requirements. Team player and works
with minimal supervision to carry out routine work.
Ensure security procedures are complied as per TOR’s.
Coordinates the activities of office, access requirements and
arrange services, be highly motivated and possess excellent customer
service capabilities.
Assist with preparation, negotiating contracts, and supervises
vendors and outside contractors and different Government
departments.
Type memos, correspondences, reports, and take minutes of meeting.
Should be well versed (or be able to learn
and comply) in statutory requirement as per
applicable laws relating to ‘Human Resources’.
Perform other related duties as required and implement all tasks
assigned by the Operations Manager.
