Position Title:             Food Executive
Placement Station:     Islamabad
Reporting Line:          OM

Qualification:             BA/MA in Restaurant Management/Food Technology or
in any other related field

Experience & Abilities: Minimum of 3 years of experience with the hospitality industry

Job Description:

- Plans, organizes, directs and controls all activities related to the selling of specific
  product lines in the food court restaurants and artisans’ kitchen.

- Plans and implements innovations and promotional activities to improve fresh and
  hygienic food sales in our food court restaurants and canteen. 

- Follow strict ‘Quality, Service and Cleanliness’ (QSC) policy with the restaurants
  and canteen operators.

- Must make sure that restaurants and kitchen are always providing absolutely clean
  surroundings within and around restaurants and kitchen areas.

- Monitors and reviews all inventory control activities on day to day basis.

- Establishing (and have them implemented) the practices by operators, employees,
  customers etc. that ensure the restaurants and kitchen areas safe and secure
  from any injuries (from burns, cuts, slips etc.)

- Sets up quality standards in collaboration with buyers for fresh deliveries.

- Ensures staff efficiency and productivity by motivating them to provide quality
  service.

- Maintains good housekeeping in the selling floor and customer service area.

- Coordinates with other departments regarding display area and manpower sharing.

- Establish customer service relationships to get feedback and follow up on those
  queries/complaints/suggestions in consultation with the OM

- Other duties as and when assigned.
