Experience & Abilities:
6-8 years work experience in relevant field,
multi lingual person would be a definite plus
Description :
- Highly motivate team player who leads by
example. Plan, manage and control all the
requirements of hostels through
a routine system and with the assistance of hostel
attendants.

Hostel Wardens are required to manage and coordinate the many functions of
the hostel
to achieve a hygienic operation and provide high-quality
services for guests.

Operates the front desk, assists artisans with registration and checkout,
and handles
requests from artisans. This position also provides
information to guests concerning
description of facilities and services,
and information about policies, procedures, rules
and regulations.

This position is accountable for all aspects of artisan hostels
housekeeping. A hostel
warden ensures that excellent service is delivered
to every artisan. S/he would routinely
inspect facilities, coordinate
maintenance, or make renovation recommendations.
- Professionals must be
capable of delegating necessary tasks to associates, and
monitoring the
completion of all duties and ensure to deliver overall cleanliness.
