5 years work
experience as a Supervisor in relevant field (Civil or
Electrical or
Landscaping) is preferred
Job Description:

This is a responsible position and requires capabilities of prevention
techniques in their specific area;
give instructions, achieve desired
results and management of unskilled and semi-skilled staff.

Excellent knowledge and practical know how of the specific trade (Civil or
Electrical or Landscaping) is
carried out in detail, reporting procedures
and proper schedule of maintenance functions.

Capable to handle general labor to achieve required objectives.

Establish and manage comprehensive maintenance schedule through semi
semi-skilled workers on
regular basis following proper time table.

Will be required to do regular technical (or any other preventive)
maintenance to avoid any sort of harm
to the employees, visiting general
public, property, installations, environment and surroundings etc. in
the
project
-
Must be versatile in specific trade, knowledgeable of new trends for up
gradation proposals.
