Position Title                   Ticketing Cashier
Placement Station:            Islamabad
Reporting Line:                  Admin Officer
Qualification:                     Intermediate is preferred
 

Experience & Abilities:         A minimum of 3 years of related professional

experience, strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Candidates must be able to provide with three references. Proficiency in English

will be a definite plus. Honesty and integrity is mandatory for this position. 

 

Job Description:

- Duties includes but not limited to the following;

- Provides superior and quality customer service

- Impart visitors efficient and accurate transaction processing         

- Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures 

- Promote and maintain positive relations with colleagues and customers

- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures

- Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals

- Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow

- May train new employees and answer co-worker questions

- Will be involved in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing and depositing
  cash, whenever required

- Accepting cash and giving customers their receipts along with provided entry
  tickets

- Balances cash on routine as per policy and procedure

- Follows cashier’s over/short policy

- Will be responsible for opening, closing and work on rotation time table

- Promotes the Village's products and services; consistently cross-sells
  promotion products at every opportunity as per policy

- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
